To be eligible for the Mobilize Smart Charge service, the customer must meet the following two conditions:
- Live in a detached house
- Own a compatible vehicle, from the following list:
- Renault 5 E-Tech electric
- Renault Megane E-Tech electric
- Renault Scenic E-Tech electric
- Renault Zoe produced after October 29, 2020, equipped with a 52 kWh traction battery
- Renault Twingo E-Tech
- Renault Kangoo E-Tech
Additionally, the electric vehicle must be equipped with one of the following multimedia systems: R-Link, EasyLink, or OpenR Link.
