Some of the information entered in the MY Renault account will be automatically transferred to the MobIlize smart charge account, such as the surname, first name, VIN and e-mail address. You will not have to re-enter them.
In the Mobilize Smart Charge Application, you must complete your profile to save on the electricity bill and make additional gains related to the charging flexibility.
It must be specified whether you have a "peak hours/off-peak hours" contract, the rates including tax and associated hours.
For France:
Your home must be equipped with a Linky meter and Enedis must be the energy distributor.
For the Netherlands:
To achieve earnings the customer must have a contract with ENECO, OXIO, Energy OM, Greenchoice (only these energy suppliers)
For UK:
The customer must have a Intelligent Go Octopus contract
