Why did I receive this message?
As a result of an issue while your EV was charging, charging could not continue and was automatically paused for safety by the control software in your EV. The Smart Charging service was notified by the EV. Unfortunately, the Smart Charging service cannot help solve this issue remotely. We apologize for this inconvenience and suggest to inspect your charger cable and socket.
