We need information from your electric vehicle to prepare the charging plan. On average, it reports data every 15 minutes. Your car will start charging for about 15 minutes. This is the time we need in order to prepare your optimal charging plan. When this will happen:
- The first 3 or 4 times you use the service if you have a fixed capacity at home.
- Systematically if you have a fluctuating capacity in your home (dynamic management of the charging station's power supply according to the other energy-consuming factors you have connected in your home).
If you have entered a start time for charging, this calibration will not take place until after the selected time.
